Our friendly consultant will listen to your needs and help you choose one of our standard designs or create a custom home to suit your site, budget and lifestyle.

By providing us with your certificate of title and a copy of any encumbrance guidelines or requirements that may be applicable to your site, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate costing.

This is now the stage where we can prepare a written preliminary estimate.

In order to obtain a thorough costing we need to fully understand your site. How stable is the ground? Does it slope and which way? Are there any building restrictions? All of this will effect how the home is built and what foundations need to be used.

We can organise all the necessary tests at a small cost if they have not already been carried out. This will include:
Contour Survey
Soil Test
Energy efficiency assessment
Preliminary Plans

Once you are happy with the plans and have provided us with your approval to proceed we can move to the next stage.

After you have received all your final contract documentation including: Contract plans
Tender price
Final engineering designs
Energy efficiency assessment
Confirmation of your preliminary finance approval,
Macquarie Designer Homes will then prepare your building contract for signing.

This stage is where we require your commitment to proceed in the form of a deposit. Your colour selections appointment with our consultant will be scheduled.

Next you will meet with our selections consultant to help you add your own flair to your new home.

Upon making your selection of interior and exterior fittings, colours and materials we will document your choices for our builders and for your future reference.

We will apply for all the necessary statutory approvals.

Upon council approval we will issue you with your building application approval and a copy of your building insurance certificate.

Final confirmation of land ownership and finance approval will allow us to commence ordering materials and schedule your building construction.

Your construction begins here. We will advise you on an approximate completion date and will meet your construction supervisor who will oversee and be your point of contact during the course of construction.
